Investing in the Next Generation of Legal Professionals
Celebrating Logan's Co-op Experience
As we say goodbye to our high school co-op student, Logan, we're also celebrating everything he accomplished during his time at PDKST.
Throughout his placement, Logan became a valued part of our team, assisting with file organization, office projects, and the day-to-day operations that keep our firm running smoothly. We appreciate his hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to learn, and we wish him nothing but success in whatever comes next.
Bridging the Classroom and the Professional World
PDKST high school co-op student Logan stands beside a delicious team lunch during a farewell celebration at the firm's Midland office.
At PDKST, we believe investing in students is an investment in the future of our profession. Our participation in a local high school co-op program reflects our commitment to education, mentorship, and our Midland community.
A co-op placement allows students to experience life inside a law office beyond what they can learn in a classroom. From developing communication and organizational skills to understanding professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail, students gain valuable experience that prepares them for whatever career path they choose.
Just as importantly, they begin to see how legal professionals work together to serve clients, solve problems, and support the community every day.
A Commitment to Our Community
Two PDKST high school co-op students, both coincidentally named Logan, smile together in the firm's Midland office.
Mentorship has always been an important part of the legal profession, and we're proud to continue that tradition at PDKST.
Our attorneys and staff enjoy sharing their knowledge, answering questions, and helping students build confidence as they take their first steps into the professional world. Whether a student eventually becomes a legal assistant, attorney, business professional, or follows another career path entirely, we're honored to play a small role in that journey.
Supporting local students is another way we invest in the future of the Great Lakes Bay Region. We don't just work here. We live here, raise our families here, and believe strong communities are built by creating opportunities for the next generation.
